Here are a few things I believe in:
The body and mind are one; thus. I believe in using an integrated mind-body coaching method (using breath, movement, and connecting with the inherent wisdom of your body) to facilitate transformational results! I'm a certified Hendricks Big Leap Life and Relationship Coach.
I view the client--coach relationship as a relationship between an explorer (the client) and a facilitator (coach). The client is exploring whatever issue, concern, or potential that is most important to them. I, the coach, act as the facilitator of the client's exploration process.
My life mission is to produce and embody love and play--both within myself and with my family, community, clients, and the Earth. One form of high play for me is facilitating my clients' exploration of self-love, relationship harmony, essence discovery and expression, body-mind intelligence, and meaningful and purposeful work!
Spending time with nature can help you connect with your own nature. I know from personal experiences and this topic was the focus of my doctoral dissertation titled Twelve Men's Experiences of Feeling Deeply Connected with Nature.
I believe that results are just as important as process. As a result our working together clients report:
- Feeling a sense of well being in their mind and body. This has been described as feeling lighter, vibrant, joyful, peacefulness, flow, and grounded.
- Doing what they love to do!
- Improved personal and business relationships.
- Enjoying new and exciting creative endeavors.

I am interested in helping you tap into your whole-body intelligence to help facilitate rapid and deep changes personally and professionally. Traditional psychotherapy and coaching models focuses on talking, using our minds to help us change our habits or solve problems. The mind is an amazing thing, but to live as fully integrated beings, we need to rediscover the wisdom of our bodies. Whole-body intelligence blends cognitive techniques with breath, movement practices, and whole-body inquiry. Using these integrated methods, you can rapidly shift from a state of "dis-ease," such as anxiety, depression or relationship difficulties, to a state of "ease," feelings of openness and flow throughout your body, connection with others, and doing what you are meant to be doing on Earth.
A Little about My Professional Background and Why I Became a Psychologist and Coach:
I received my undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara studying biological sciences before I earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. Between degrees, I spent time traveling internationally and exploring various careers in the fields of forestry (wilderness ranger and firefighting), teaching and water polo coaching, and business coaching before finally discovering my calling while spending large amounts of time in nature and working with masterful human consciousness facilitators--to support and facilitate the evolution of human consciousness within myself and with others.
